The American Embassy School, in order, to popularise Baseball and Softball, two American games, sent a training team from Grand Slam Baseball Association, to introduce these games to our middle and senior school students. Grand Slam Baseball is a dedicated team of Americans and Indians committed to bringing world class Baseball and Softball to Indian schools.
The Grand Slam team led by Mr. Goldma, Coach Mr. Ravi and National Level Atheletes through precise and superb instructions explained and demonstrated basic skills like hitting, pitching and fielding.
Our students enjoyed playing the games and felt they would like to play them regularly.
