Description:
Social Science Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in CJM. Ms Sonali Misra , Head, H.R.(Bain and Company India ),was the Guest of Honour for the inaugural ceremony. Children were engaged in myriad activities to showcase the inextricable relationship between man and nature from the earliest of times.
The highlight of the day was a live interactive session with Dr Nikita Sud, Associate Professor of Development Studies, Oxford Department of International Development ,over Skype. The session was moderated by Dr Geetanjali Chopra , a fellow in International Relations and Security at the Centre for Policy Research. Incidentally , all are alumni of the Convent of Jesus and Mary, making it a proud moment for the school.
