Description:
Inter Class English Debate for Classes IX to XII was held on 9th July, 2018, in the Claudine Hall. The finalists from the Intra Class round of Debate were pitched against each other. The topic for the debate was ‘There Should be No restrictions on Artistic Freedom.’ It was a close fight as each of the participants was equally good. The judges for the event were Ms Binnie Chhabra and Mrs Placi Rodrigues who appreciated the keenly fought debate and deliberated long and hard before announcing the result. The Best Speaker was Vaishali Garg of class X. The second position was a tie between Sehar Dawar of class XII and Charu Singh of Class IX. Class XII was adjudged the best team and the best Interjector was Madhavi of class XI. It was wonderful to see class IX make such a valiant effort against their seniors and emerge victorious.
